This period revolved around laying an even stronger foundation. We made significant improvements to some existing features, along with optimizations to Elovate's overall workflow.

NEW: ChatGPT 4o-mini & Translations

The very first version of translating with ChatGPT is now a reality. In addition to the translation option "DeepL," you can now translate with ChatGPT. This offers tremendous possibilities for your translations. For example, ChatGPT's translations work based on prompts. In addition, the translations have a new UI/UX, which allows you to work clearly through new filters and overviews with real-time status bars to monitor exactly how far the translations have progressed and to what extent the content has already been moderated.

IMPROVEMENT: Export

Export has received a big improvement in the UI, with everything looking much tighter and generally much more responsive. This makes it even easier and smoother to use.

New: Internal Link Tracker:

Many will be familiar with the "404 tracker"; it has now been upgraded to the Internal Link Tracker. This feature is designed to easily see if there are any potential 301 or 404 errors within your store that can be fixed immediately. This feature is available to all users using Content Enrichment. The new Internal Link Tracker instantly validates whether the newly entered URLs actually do not give 301 or 404 errors.

IMPROVEMENT: Search & Replace - Exact match

The Search & Replace feature is a frequently used tool within Elovate Translations. It was used so often that we decided to decouple the Search & Replace from translations and extend it to the entire catalog. Thus, you are now able to search and replace entities independently of your translations. We also added an additional option: theexact match.

So from now on it is possible to search for exact matches within your Search & Replace. For example, if you want to translate URLs, you can specify them as an "exact match.

IMPROVEMENT: Workflow within Elovate

Unfortunately, there were times when certain tasks within Elovate, such as generating Content Enrichment lists, running an import and/or export, took a little longer to complete.

For this reason, we decided to set up these so-calledworkersper user and run them simultaneously. This means that when you run a large import, this no longer gets in the way of an export. Even more speed within Elovate! In addition, the generation actions within Elovate have been accelerated and we can send data to your Magento store even faster.
